Parker Annex Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month
Trenton Board of
Education Member Dr. Lucy Guzman was our guest speaker at Parker
Annex in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. Dr. Guzman and
her husband shared with the school information and artifacts of
their native country Peru. Students were fully engaged as the
Guzman's shared the cultural dress, instruments, and slide film
of Peru. Parker Annex's Principal Mr. Solomon expressed his
appreciation of Dr. Guzman's contributions to the community and
our school in the closing remarks.
